Standout songs

Most of the music I listen to these days is whatever I get from my Discover Weekly and Release Radar. Here are some of the ones that stood out this week.

I'd say this is a good start to the year.

Jetpacks - Von Kaiser

Big shocker a synthwave song 😅. The little guitar riff during the hook sounds an awful lot like riff from Sunset by The Midnight (one of my favorite bands). This is what I call driving music. I can totally jam out and belt to this.
Sky Fleur - Late June

I've never heard of Late June before this calming, rhythmic, instrumental tone is exactly the type of music I like to work to.
Liberty of Broken Bindings - Sincere Engineer

Sincere Engineer's sound reminds me a bit of one of my favorites Phoebe Bridgers 🎶. So naturally this was an instant hit for me.
Scarlett - Holly Humberstone
Wish on an Eyelash, Pt. 2 - Mallrat, The Chainsmokers

I'm not particularly a Chainsmokers fan, but I am indeed a Mallrat fan and I just recently stumbled upon the song this is based on (the first 40s of this) and this is a fun little extension of it.
